INSURANCE REQUIRMENTS
Each vendor must provide the Brazos Valley Fair & Rodeo with proof of general liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000. Please check the form of insurance you will provide during the Fair. Completing this form does not constitute proof of insurance. Proof of insurance will be required once a contract has been issued.
Insurance certificate should name as additional insured, the Brazos Valley Fair & Rodeo, the Brazos County Expo Complex, and County of Brazos; and their officers, agents, employees and servants individually and collectively, as regards to all operations on or on behalf of name insured and all premises or property used by on or on behalf of named insured.
Insurance must be on file by September 1, 2025. Vendors without current insurance on file will not be allowed to set up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
VENDOR SPACES & UTILITY REQUIRMENTS
Electrical of 110 volts with 20 amps is included in the space rental. Any additional electricity used will be billed on an individual basis. If your electrical needs are more than 110 volts, 20 amps please indicate above.
Food Vendors' electrical needs have changed or increased, an additional electrical fee will be charged. Additional boxes can be purchased via the Brazos Valley Fair Office. Electrical costs are as follows:
100-amp single phase- $150
50-amp single phase- $100
One 110V (20amp), One 30amp- $65
